Bio: Dr Bex Salmon is a Specialty Doctor based in Northeast Scotland with expertise in Emergency Medicine, Sport and Exercise Medicine, and Occupational Health. She has recently completed her MSc in Sport and Exercise Medicine at the University of Leeds and is rapidly building her CESR portfolio. Her ambition is to develop innovative NHS pathways that help people regain strength, confidence, and independence through physical activity after hospital discharge. Alongside her NHS work, she delivers specialist exercise testing, health assessments and ultrasound-guided treatments in collaboration with local experts, inspiring people to live healthier, more active lives while sharing her passion for movement and outdoor adventures.
