The BASEM Non-Executive Board is a group of individuals who are members of BASEM and Doctors/Allied Professionals either employed or retired from their profession. They are elected and appointed as Directors of the Association and Trustees of the Charity. Each Director Board Member volunteers their time and is responsible for the management and decision making to ensure aims and objectives of the Association are met in accordance with BASEM’s governing documents, and Charity and Company Law.
The BASEM Non-Executive Board is supported by a team of administration staff who are responsible for the day to day running of the Association and is accountable to the BASEM Non-Executive Board.
