Emily joined BASEM in July of 2023 after a successful career in Welfare to Work, supporting unemployed individuals into suitable and sustainable jobs.

A big picture thinker, Emily brings extensive experience in customer service, networking, data analysis and people and process management which she utilises across her role covering the membership and award functions of BASEM.

A former low level competitive sailor and sailing instructor, Emily’s free time is now taken up with her two children – particularly running round after her son Jack and his many sports clubs.
