Having graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences from The University of Edinburgh in 2013, Alisdair is now a final year medical student at Newcastle University. He developed his interest in Sports and Exercise Medicine following an elective period with the Sunderland Integrated Musculoskeletal Service during which he became interested in the Public Health aspect of this speciality. He also has an interest in Trauma & Orthopaedic surgery spending elective periods within various departments across the North East and in London. As well as being a keen skier, golfer and cricketer, he is an passionate fan of Scottish rugby.
