Bio: I am a final year medical student studying at King’s College London. I have been interested in Sports Medicine ever since my days as a Biomedical Science student where I completed my final dissertation on the link between sleep and sporting performance in athletes.

I have been able to develop my knowledge and contribute to the world of Sports and Exercise Medicine (SEM) over the years through my work as part of ‘The MSK Playbook’ that has featured in the BJSM and has been presented at BASEM conferences.

My hobbies include content creation on social media platforms such as TikTok, travelling with friends and playing badminton and cricket. I look forward to further studies in the field of SEM and working as a sports physician.
