My name is Jaspal Singh and I am a final year medical student at Cardiff University. This July I will be commencing my foundation training at the Grange University Hospital in South Wales. Last year, I obtained an intercalated BSc (hons) degree in Clinical Sports Science at Bangor University.

I have a keen interest in Sports and Exercise Medicine. I am particularly fascinated by the holistic approach to patient care it provides, MSK care, elite performance health and the research opportunities this specialty offers. Attending the BASEMs conference this year was a real pleasure and I am grateful to be a recipient of the Tom Donaldson award. I look forward to developing my Sports and Exercise medicine portfolio in the future.
