Dr Nick Dobbin is currently a Senior Lecturer on the Sport and Exercise Medicine programme at Manchester Metropolitan University. Nick leads multiple units on the programme including the Project in Sports and Exercise Medicine which gives physiotherapists, doctors, and osteopaths the skills needed to publish their research. Nick is also research active, and is currently involved in projects that span multiple areas of Sport Medicine (e.g., Concussion, RED-S, sport injuries).

Mr Benn Digweed in a Lecturer in Physiotherapy at Manchester Metropolitan University. Benn splits his time between his academic role and clinical work at MMU’s Movement Clinic and the UK Sports Institute. Ben has research interests in low back pain, return to sport following injury, and teaching practices in physiotherapy.
Mr Craig Getty is currently a physiotherapist who specialises in rehabilitee of spinal, hip and shoulder injuries. Craig achieved a first-class honour degree in Physiotherapy at Manchester Metropolitan University, and has recently completed an MSc in Sport and Exercise Medicine at Manchester Metropolitan University. The work that was awarded the British Institute of Musculoskeletal Medicine Trophy was taken from Craig’s Project in Sport and Exercise Medicine.
