Bio: Dr Paulina Kloskowska is a sports physiotherapist, academic and researcher, particularly interested in advances in musculo-skeletal injuries and pain science. She currently focuses her clinical and research activity on women in sport, exploring biomechanical aspects of injuries and injury prevention.
In 2018 she successfully completed her PhD degree at QMUL, with a title of Doctor of Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. During her PhD she gained expertise and experience in collecting biomechanical data while investigating the biomechanical determinants of hip and groin pain in athletes. She then continued her research pathway during the InnovateUK funded post-doc, investigating the biomechnics of gain in children with Cerebral Palsy.
She has also been an active Academic in Higher Education โ currently holding a Lecturer position at a Physiotherapy Department in Kingโs College London.
Alongside her academic and research activities, she has been working clinically as a specialist musculoskeletal sports physiotherapist in Marylebone Health Group on Harley Street.
