Bio: I am a final-year medical student at Keele University. Over the past few years, I became interested in sports medicine through captaining the Keele Medics football team for 2 years and restarting the Keele undergraduate SEM society. As president of the Keele SEM society, I organised events and talks with sports medicine doctors to learn about their stories and expertise, including one from Tyson Fury’s doctor. To gain more experience in Sports Medicine as a medical student, I have volunteered as medical personnel at Trentham Parkrun and the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. I have also been liaising with the BJSM podcast to help produce and promote short informative podcasts on specialist subjects.
Outside of university, I am passionate about playing, coaching and refereeing football and use the gym to keep active.
