We are delighted to share the results of the recent membership vote regarding the name of our new College. Following a comprehensive consultation process led by the College Steering Group, and with overwhelming support from both BASEM and FSEM members, we are proud to announce the official name:

College of Sport, Exercise and Musculoskeletal Medicine (CSEM)

This name reflects our shared vision and commitment to advancing the fields of sport, exercise, and musculoskeletal medicine. The decision marks another significant milestone in the journey toward establishing our new College.

We extend our sincere thanks to all members who participated in the consultation and voting process. Your engagement and support are vital to the success of CSEM, and we look forward to continuing this exciting journey together.

Both BASEM and FSEM will continue to operate as separate organisations until the reformation of the new College takes place. This will be announced at a later date.
