Registration

• Book online using a debit/credit card.

• On receipt of your booking, you will receive an initial acknowledgement of your booking. Once BASEM has processed your booking we will contact you again with a payment receipt and an online ticket. If you do not receive the receipt and ticket within a week of the initial acknowledgement, please contact BASEM.
• The closing date for delegate registration is Monday 25^th May 2026.

Terms and Conditions of Booking and Refund Policy

Registrants:

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
  
  Refunds will be issued based on the following notice periods prior to the course start date:
  
  
  • More than 60 days’ notice: 75% refund
  • 31 to 60 days’ notice: 50% refund
  • 15 to 30 days’ notice: 25% refund
  • Less than 15 days’ notice: No refund
    
    
• Delegate substitutions are permitted up to 5 days before the course start date.
  Notification must be in writing or by email, including the full name, address, and contact number of the substitute.

BASEM:

• BASEM reserves the right to cancel the course due to insufficient enrolment numbers or unforeseen circumstance. Registrants will be notified by e-mail and a full refund of course fees will be provided. Every effort will be made to avoid cancellations.
  
  
• BASEM is in the process of transitioning to its new entity the College of Sport, Exercise and Musculoskeletal Medicine (CSEM). If this event is delivered by CSEM, your booking and all associated information will transfer, and you will not need to take any action.
