Registration

• Book online using a debit/credit card.
• On receipt of your booking, you will receive an initial acknowledgement of your booking. Once BASEM has processed your booking, we will contact you again with a payment receipt and an online ticket. If you do not receive the receipt and ticket within a week of the initial acknowledgement, please contact BASEM.

• The closing date for delegate registration is Friday 13^th March 2026

Terms and Conditions of Booking and Refund Policy

Registrants:

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
  
  Refunds will be issued based on the following notice periods prior to the course start date:
  
  
  • More than 60 days’ notice: 75% refund
  • 31 to 60 days’ notice: 50% refund
  • 15 to 30 days’ notice: 25% refund
  • Less than 15 days’ notice: No refund
    
    
• Delegate substitutions are permitted up to 5 days before the course start date.
  Notification must be in writing or by email, including the full name, address, and contact number of the substitute.

BASEM:

• BASEM reserves the right to cancel the course due to insufficient enrolment numbers or unforeseen circumstance. Registrants will be notified by e-mail and a full refund of course fees will be provided. Every effort will be made to avoid cancellations.
