Dr Ashley Ridout is an ST6 registrar in Sport and Exercise Medicine in the Oxford deanery. Before starting the Sport & Exercise Medicine training she worked as a GP. Ashley is also co-lead of the FSEM/Moving Medicine Physical Activity Clinical Champions Project.

She has a special interest in the role of physical activity in prevention and management of long-term medical conditions, as well as the importance of promoting and improving access to physical activity for the whole population.
