Dr Rebecca Robinson is a Sport and Exercise Medicine Clinician whose practice spans from elite athlete care to rehabilitation in chronic illness and injury.

She is currently undertaking a PhD at the University of Cumbria, looking at how increasing physical activity for patients with cancer can impact treatment outcomes, which is also an area of her clinical practice.

Rebecca practices in London, Manchester and Cumbria at Marylebone Health Group, UK Sports Institute, OrthTeam and North Cumbria Hospitals NHS Trust. Her clinical scope includes elite athlete care and managing patients with complex medical conditions, such as cancer, under-recovery, long-Covid, and female athlete healthcare.

Rebecca co-leads a working group on female athlete health, to support female athletes at all stages of their lives and careers, and the UK Exercise Oncology Group.

In her current sporting roles, Dr Robinson serves as Chief Medical Officer for Lancashire Womenโ€™s Cricket and as Team Doctor for GB Boxing with the UK Sports Institute.
