This session will provide an in-depth exploration of strategies for managing calf muscle injuries, one of the most common challenges in athletic populations. Topics will include the critical timing of return-to-running protocols and the essential components of a robust rehabilitation plan. Complex presentations, including non-calf muscle sources of calf pain, will also be addressed, offering a comprehensive and practical overview to support effective clinical decision-making.
