This session will explore the "Aspetar Way" as a structured approach to phased rehabilitation, using a component-based framework designed to target multiple physical qualities throughout recovery. Emphasising assessment-guided progression, the approach ensures individualised, objective-driven rehabilitation. The session will also highlight how this approach can be effectively applied to the contact athlete, addressing the unique demands of collision sports and optimising return-to-play outcomes.
