A masterclass demonstrating essential hand and wrist ultrasound, and techniques required to advance to Spirecut trigger finger and carpal tunnel sonosurgery.  We will review scanning technique, anatomy of the key structures and introduce the hydrodissection technique before offering delegates a chance to practice the Spirecut release technique using specially designed phantoms. This is an advanced workshop aimed at consultants and senior trainees with prior ultrasound experience.
